Hello @pmathur

Thanks for your post. Can you confirm for me if your server is public-facing?

Kind regards, Joe

Hi @pmathur

Sorry, I am little confused what you mean by the drive there.

I spoke to the team, and I hope this helps. The only means we have of connecting MHA / Full SaaS runners to privately hosted resources is an SSH tunnel.

Have you tried this?

There is a lot of information in our documentation with regards to this. I have copied some of this for you below:

**Components Supporting SSH Tunnels in Full SaaS (Matillion-Hosted) Projects**
The following components explicitly support SSH Tunnel configuration in Full SaaS / Matillion-hosted runner projects:

> - **[Database Query](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/designer/docs/database-query/)** [**[SSH Tunneling](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/security/docs/ssh-tunnelling/)**]
>
> - **[RDS Query](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/designer/docs/rds-query/)** [**[SSH Tunneling](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/security/docs/ssh-tunnelling/)**]
>
> Additionally, the following **Load components** include an `SSH Tunnel` property in their Connect settings, though the documentation does not explicitly restrict their SSH tunnel support to Full SaaS only:
>
> - **MariaDB Load** [**[MariaDB Load](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/designer/docs/mariadb-load/)**]
>
> - **PostgreSQL Load** [**[PostgreSQL Load](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/designer/docs/postgresql-load/)**]
>
> - **IBM DB2 for i Load** [**[IBM DB2 Load](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/designer/docs/ibm-db2-load/)**]
>
> - **Oracle Load** [**[Oracle Load](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/designer/docs/oracle-load/)**]
>
> **Note:** The SSH Tunneling documentation specifically calls out **Database Query** and **RDS Query** as the components available for Full SaaS customers to access network-secured data sources via SSH tunnels. [**[SSH Tunneling](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/security/docs/ssh-tunnelling/)**; **[Networks](https://docs.matillion.com/data-productivity-cloud/designer/docs/networks/)**]

I really hope this helps, please keep me posted.

Kind regards, Joe
