I have stored a bunch of Project Group Passwords, over time. I suspect now that some of them are not being used anymore. I'd like to confirm that, then delete them. But how to check if they are being used or not? It seems the Search tab doesn't work to find references to a password, by its name. (But I think it should!)

I found that if I export all jobs and open the JSON file in a text editor, the JSON does have references to the password names. I guess that's one way; but is there a way to do it within the app?

Hi [@KevinH](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/KevinH) ,

I think you already found the besto solution for your use case. Having one big export files with all the jobs inside is often the best starting point for searching something in "all jobs on the server".

I agree that the UI could offer better assistance for some "find reference" or "find occurences" tasks.
