I have been trying to set up some ETL jobs for a custom web application developed in my organization. The Web App has MongoDB 6.0.3 Community as its database in the backend. I get the following **error** when I specify the data source in the connection parameter.

`**Error code: [352] - "Unsupported OP\_QUERY command: listCollections. The client driver may require an upgrade. For more details see https://dochub.mongodb.org/core/legacy-opcode-removal"**.`

I have been able to set up jobs with older versions of mongoDB [MongoDB 4.4.6 Community] before. Not sure how to go about resolving the above error.

The support has been of little or no help so far, and with the holidays, there has been no response on the diagnosis of this issue for two weeks now.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a workaround for this?

Hey [@PG881302](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/PG881302) , I just wanted to check if you could find a solution to this? Or if Matillion support provided any help on this?

We have a similar issue at the moment,

Hi [@Sarin](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/Sarin) ,

We were asked to upgrade our Matillion instance to the latest version. During troubleshooting, they confirmed that they have updated Matillion drivers in the newest version of the software. I have not yet done it as it is the more tedious migration method to carry out the upgrade. In case I do end up upgrading, I shall confirm.

[@PG881302](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/PG881302) Thanks for your reply! How are you extracting data for those collections that are failing at the moment?
