Hi,

Using the MATILLION ETL API v1 to get environment variables, it seems that the type of the variables is missing in the output JSON.

I m using the following syntax from (official documentation)

http://\<InstanceAddress\>/rest/v1/group/name/\<groupname\>/project/name/\<projectName\>/environment/name/\<environmentName\>/variable/export

[Link here to the doc](https://documentation.matillion.com/docs/2768621)

Am I missing something ?

Hi [@maatoug.wassim](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/maatoug.wassim)

Happy New Year!

That's how the API works so I am quite unclear what problem this is actually causing. You can clarify with a reply and we can work on it together here. In the meantime, you can refer to [**https://documentation.matillion.com/docs/2768621**](https://documentation.matillion.com/docs/2768621)

Cheers,

Chika
