We have multiple projects, each with its own schedules. Love keeping them atomic and separate - mostly. When it comes to scheduling, I'd love to be able to set (or at least view) schedules across projects. Any way to do that?

It seems that matillion does not have this option for users

You can add it as an idea on idea portal

Hey pkelly,

We had a similar issue. Now, we view those schedules (as well as job failures etc) through our visualization tool. We store schedule info from the matillion API in a table which allows us to retain more history.

I'd recommend checking out the Tasks api here- https://documentation.matillion.com/docs/2972278

Wishing you the best of luck.

Brendan

Hi [@Brendan](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/Brendan) ,

The links previously shared seem to be unusable. Could you kindly share them again and provide more details? That would be really helpful.

Thanks

Hey Arya,

It appears that Matillion changed their documentation subdomain. Here is the link I provided last year.

https://docs.matillion.com/metl/docs/2972278/

The API provides details about historical schedules that ran on your project / instance. By combining the output of these calls from your various projects, you can provide a visualization / dataset illustrating the schedules across your projects.

Hi [@Brendan](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/Brendan) (Customer)

Thank you for your quick response. I've one more doubt - is there any latency associated with task history endpoints. When I'm trying to fetch past few hours of data I'm getting no response.

ENDPOINT - [@Brendan](https://matillioncommunity.discourse.group/u/Brendan)/time/
