I tried to increase the number of concurrent connections on the environment, this did not help.
When I run the same job manually (not as a scheduled job) it runs fine. Kindly advise.
We see error messages like this one:
"Parameter Validation Failure: Database - Environment connection creation failed: JDBC driver encountered communication error. Message: Exception encountered for HTTP request: Connection reset."
Does this match with the errors you can see?
We already opened a support ticket in February but unfortunately, Support does not have a solution for this. They don't know what is causing this error.
Basically the error message indicates that it is unable to make the connection to the remote source database. However, if I run the same schedule manually it seems to be working fine, no connectivity issues. This issue has been happening only after the upgrade. I have about 70 schedule jobs that get kicked off everyday between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM. This issue is causing atleast 18 jobs to fail everyday. Please let me know if you figure out a work around or a solution for this. Thanks!
