Can someone help me set up cursor based pagination for Zendesk API

I have set the cursor based pagination for Zendesk User API, however, the API pulls same records at every run.

Do I need to use any variable in the API request for next_page?

Were you ever able to resolve this? Running into the same issue with the latest version of Matillion. The CBP does not seem to take effect and limiting out at 10K rows with a 400 error.
