How to capture information about job components - API Endpoint to use?

Hi, we are trying to build a data dictionary at table level and would like to identify linked Matillion jobs to each table

 

We are trying to use API to connect to Matillion and get info on each component properties like which table the component is accessing. What endpoint would give us this information
