How to compare metadata's for source & target to make sure both are in sync

I know i can write a sql on both source & target to compare metadata but other than that is there easier way to do the comparsion.

I have a snowflake table. This table has to be compared with an SQL table. If there are any matching IDs, the entire row of that ID should be updated in SQL. If not, insert entire rows to SQL(Basically, upsertion of SQl table).Can this be implemented? Matillion ETL	2	17	March 6, 2023
