Missing Certification Badge and Certificate from Credly

I recently completed the Matillion ETL foundations certification on May 9, 2025. I also received an email confirming my successful completion of the exam with an overall score of 94%. However, I have not yet received the email from Credly to view and retrieve my certificate and badge.

I also logged in to my Credly account but the certificate and badge are not yet added. Please assist resolving this issue.

I’m using the same email address for Certification exam, which I’m using for Community and Forums.

Please let me know if any additional details are required.
