New Release Notes Format - Thumbs Up!

@MatillionProductTeam​ I really appreciate that you have improved the format of the release notes, e.g. having the subsections new features, improvements, notable bug fixes! This is helping us to understand the project related value of updating to a certain version. Additionally it would be great if you could notify and relate points in the release notes to certain tickets customers had in the past or related ideas that were discussed in the forum.
