No rows returning for Azure Blob Storage Unload component

I use a Database Query(Snowflake) component which returns rows. Then Query Results to Grid component which returns results.

However, the Azure Blob Storage Unload component does not return any rows. The same is true for the Azure Blob Storage Load component.

Why is it not returning rows? Are these the correct components to use? I ultimately want to send a CSV file to an SFTP site via the Data Transfer component.
