Your Matillion ETL instance has been unable to connect to Matillion

The Matillion ETL tool runs on an Azure VM. I talked with the networking team and there is no change done to the private network on which it is running. I see that the official resolution is to:

  1. Reach out to necessary internal teams to check the network
  2. Verify that the network is configured correctly and Matillion instance can connect

Can somebody please advise for in-depth analysis on how this should be done?

How can I make sure that Snowflake can communicate with the Instance?

What is the "Matillion" that the Matillion ETL instance cannot connect to? Can anyone ping it from there?

Thank you very much! I appreciate your quickness on this one!

Hi there @Bobec !

If you've not already done so, I'd suggest first checking out our documentation for more information. I've found a couple of docs that might help with the information you've shared, but please feel free to search further if I've not got it quite right. Acquiring Azure credentials, Configuring a connection from Matillion ETL to the Hub. Let us know if that helps!

Many thanks,
