2 part question. I get an error when trying to create an new project that I have reached the max number of environments. When trying to delete an Environment an error that I can't delete environments

New Project Error:

User [user] failed to create an Environment in the newly created Project in the Project Group with ID [35]. The maximum number of environments has been reached.

 

Delete Environment Error:

User [user] failed to delete the Environment with ID [1224] in the Project with ID [1220] in the Project Group with ID [35]. Can't delete the currently active environment.

 

I have 4 projects; 3 projects have 2 environments and 1 project has 1 environment, for a total of 7 environments.

 

I thought the max number of environments was 15. Why am I getting this error? How do I delete Environments?

Hi Ben,

 

For Delete Environment error.

The reason is: The Environment that you are trying to Delete is selected as Default.

Resolution:

Pls go to Manage Projects section, change the Default Environment to the one you want to keep.

Click OK.

 

Come back to Environments section and try to Delete the one want to.
