API call with corrupt data

I have an API call which returns correct data when done through Postman, but with the API Query/Extract component the contents are changed. This call via Postman: "priority": "4 - Laag",) changes into this via API Extract: ("priority": "4��-��Laag",) when stored in a VARIANT column. Actually the API Query gives back this result: 4?-?Laag
