Can we set up a default webhook or email notification within DPC at the project and/or published pipeline level so that if the pipeline fails that there is a notification of such?
While we could build error handling within a pipeline, my concern is if the pipeline itself fails and does not reach the error handler then how is that resolved? Also, it would simplify pipeline design if we could set up a default error handler per published pipeline.
