you should be able to see something in your Project Menu --> Change My Password.

Thanks all for your reply however my question was different.

I have changed my admin password for the user ec2-user and not able to recall so couldn't login to Matillion ETL instance.​

That's the reason want to reset it..until and unless you don't login to Matillion ETL instance you can't change the password.
