Our ETL client login is failing (seems locked) for ec2-user and default pwd. This happened when we hit Ok during partial LDAP integration setup. Please advise on unlocking the account.

Also, the External User Configuration screen must be 100% complete before clicking OK and restarting, otherwise, the incomplete/incorrect config is saved. The best way to address this when it happens is to follow the guidance here to revert to Internal security, then retry: Reverting from external to internal security. Please, please backup the files.

However, if you didn't backup the files, we may need to give you copies of the default. For that, I would suggest put in a support case for help.

Thanks for the response. I tried to edit the file, but get Permission denied. Please advise/ help.
