How to call a SAP report through SAP Netweaver query component?

I need to call a SAP report and load the resultset into BQ, how can i achieve it? I

How to configure SAP NetWeaver Query Component to get the data in right data format instead of just VARCHARS. I've tried bunch of connection options but none seem to work. Support doesn't seem to have a answer as well. Did any one had similar issue? Matillion ETL	1	12	November 27, 2023
