Hi aniketudawant24,

You may need to provide additional information regarding the environment you are using. it sounds like your error is a generic permissions issue.

For some first steps towards troubleshooting a permissions error like this, I'd look at some of your currently successful access points. Perhaps you will be able to replicate the IAM setup you have in one bucket on this new bucket.

If you do not have a working connection to your S3 environment, you might want to start with the documentation here.

Best of luck!

I am getting similar error and I am using Matillion Trial Warehouse to complete my Matillion course Matillion Data Productivity Cloud, Foundations | Matillion Academy | Matillion Academy. Getting below error while tring to Load customer accounts in JSON format using the S3 Load component

This is my error for S3 Object prefix setting:

Something went wrong while fetching your buckets. Please help as I am unable to access S3 data. I am using Admin previliges already

Hi Claire,

If I ignore this error, S3 data is not loaded. Table is empty after creating the entire pipeline. When I sample data, I dont see any records in table s3_src_customer_accounts

Hi @priya.nagarajan and thanks so much for your post.

I think this might be a similar issue we've seen in the past. I believe this error indicates we don't have permission to list the bucket objects but it does not prevent us using a specific object. In this case, we're linking to a public file so it should be fine to just ignore the error. We are looking to make this much clearer.

Let me know how you get on and if ignoring the error works. If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll get it looked further into.

Many thanks,

Claire

Hi @priya.nagarajan and thanks for getting back to me. I'm sorry to hear that didn't help. Let me go and talk with the Academy team and see what we can do.

Thanks so much for your patience,

Claire

Hi again @priya.nagarajan,

Could you let me know what point of the course you are at when you get this error, please? Thanks so much!
