An METL for snowflake VM has been setup in Azure, behind a jump box. The only way to access the matillion web portal is via an RDP into the jump box, and then pulling up the private IP for the METL VM(using https)
We are able to login using the default admin user and password. However, post this, any navigation (Select project / manage users etc) results in the dialog box spinning. No response for any action even after we leave it as is for an hour.
I was able to putty into the METL VM and ensure that the VM can reach the internet. Azure network watcher confirms that TCP communication between the internet and the VM, and the jump box and the VM is working fine. ICMP /pings out from the VM is disabled.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Or can suggest possible configs we can check?
