I have a Main Job with One Orchestration and five transformation, which run parallely, while running I want all job to start parallely but every time one or two transformation jobs / orchestration job is not starting initially its keep on validation condition untill any one of the three transformation job to complete then it getting the running status. So, only four jobs can be ran parllely or else any other idea for solve this.

I am afraid what you are trying to achieve is not possible within Matillion ETL, this is explained here.
