Never ending OAuth configuration (Facebook)

Hi,

I would like to use the component Facebook Ads Query. I followed the step by step guide provided by Matillion (https://documentation.matillion.com/docs/2339839) but when I do the last step and try to configure the OAuth it never completes.

I click on the authorisation link and after login through facebook it redirects me correctly to a Matillion page saying "Authorisation complete" but on my Matillion tab I have a never ending loading pop up with "Waiting for response from service..."

I tried to go incognito browsing, cleared my cache, using Firefox, Edge and Chrome as it was suggested on a similar post from 1 year ago and the known issues page but my problem still occurs...

I'm working on the METL Version 1.63.5 (build d5706d5-7794)

 

Did you encounter recently the same issue ?
