One of the user keeps getting error (currently logged in) after LDAP set up. Even after logging out from error message link, still unable to login

First the user was set up as Internal user with credentials. After LDAP role /user set up the user is consistently receiving below error messages -

 

You do not possess the required role to access this resource.

 

You are currently logged in as ---. Please logout before attempting to log in as a different user.
