The last thing I remember before this started happening was I opened another tab and changed to a different version from the first tab. I then checkout a different commit in order to compare differences between two different commits.
Now after signing on and attempting to open the project I am stuck at the Loading project... prompt seen in the screenshot.
I tried the following already
- rebooting the ec2 instance running this Matillion instance
- restarting the computer where the browser was opened to work in the environment
- deleting all chrome cookies and cache
Now seeing just a blank white screen with Loading. Please wait
Found one post detailing the same problem. But, clearing the cache did not help as mentioned and chrome incognito mode results in the same issue. https://metlcommunity.matillion.com/s/question/0D54G00007QtMeDSAV/stuck-on-loading-please-wait-screen
This happens a lot to Enterprise versions too. Mostly rebooting the server, will work for us. Try reboot the instance and it should work. No idea why this happens though.
Cheers,
Anu
Rebooting the server did not work. I opened a ticket with Matillion and they traced it to a corrupted git integration from the server logs.
The linked knowledge base article worked for us in resolving this issue
