Matillion is deployed via an EC2 instance in our AWS environment. When developers enter their login credentials on the main screen, Matillion shows a "Loading..." page and then goes to a blank white page. Developers notice this during the middle of a particularly long-running Matillion job. The only solution so far is to reboot the instance and that seems to work. Suspected cause is running out of memory but that seems surprising. Any other ideas about what could be occurring?

Thanks for sharing. Are there any help pages related specifically to the instance timing out or getting overloaded from a currently running job? The white screen error happens in the middle of an iterating orchestration. Seems to be a memory issue of some sort.
