In "Building a Data Warehouse using Matillion" Training course, I am not able to run the "DWH Orchestration " Job. In the training course "Level 2" - Section 1, I am trying to Load Flights Data Using the S3 Load Generator Component. After able to read "training_s3_flights_2016.gz", when I was trying to Run Job (development), I am getting an error as shown in the screenshot. Appreciate for any help.

First, please try to change the property: "S3 Bucket Region" to EU (Ireland) eu-west-1
The S3 Buckets we have for completing the course "Building a Data Warehouse using Matillion" contain dummy data and are publicly accessible. However, from the previous screenshots you provided, we noticed that you can see the files listed but you are getting a runtime error - that feels like your Data Platform is preventing you from loading data cross-region.
Also, another quick workaround you can apply is using the "Data Transfer" Orchestration component to copy the files into a bucket located in your region and then follow along with the course using this local bucket.
