Why is the custom connector not populating the matillion fields?

I have a custom connector that is not populating the matillion fields? (identifier, partition, batch_id, timestamp) for one of the endpoints. They are populated for one endpoint but not the other. The endpoints are set up the same.

Hi there @egeorge​ and I'm sorry for the late response to this.

If you're still having the above issue, could you please let me know the following items?

  • Have you set a unique tablename for each endpoint (under general)?
  • Have you set key(s) which define uniqueness of a record (under keys)?
  • When selecting the data (under behaviour), are there any arrays which could be empty? If so, deselect these for now.
  • Are all parameters correctly set - query, header, URI, or Body (under parameters)?

All of those items were covered. The matillion fields started getting populated without any change. Not sure why the problem started nor how it got resolved, but it appears to no longer be an issue.
