A whole project stopped working with AWS 500310 Error

Only one project stopped connecting to RedShift.

 

 

 

Users from one squad reported that their project has stopped working completely.

 

 We checked that the environment has an exclamation mark that says "invalid operation database does not exist"

 

We've tried to edit the environment and when we try to select the database it shows "failed to retrieve the options" and it is greyed out.

 

 The same happens if we try to create a new environment.

 

 This is happening in only one project, and other projects remain working properly.

 

 

 

We've downloaded the server log and it looks like Matillion is trying to put the user name instead of the database name when it tries to connect.
