I set a filter that like is this one in order to cancel it's effect for the moment:
However, before the filter I sample to row count which is: 1,106,686 rows
and the filter row count gives: 853,769 rows.
Do you know what might cause it? Is it just a bug?

Hi @Bobec, are you still having issues with this item?
Do you know if the column value being evaluated has null values? That could cause this behavior and you may need to add another filter condition to account for those null values. Let me know if that helps at all.
