Hi - is there a way to organize scheduled tasks into a folder structure?

I don't believe this available in Matillion at this point. You might check to see if it has been requested as a feature over in the Ideas Portal. If not, submitting the idea there will hopefully get the feature on the roadmap. 😀

We follow the approach of creating a folder in our Matillion Project , where we capture our Main Orchestrations (called from a Scheduler) . We segregate them into groups based on their frequency , something like below.

Thanks Anudeep, I could see the benefits of that approach. However, we have already designed our folder structure around content and systems rather than timing frequency. Our goal in the scheduler is to enable an admin to review task performance and schedules without needing to get into the details of any individual job components.
