I get the below shown error while I try to download attachment from an email through the email query componenent. 'IMAP protocol error. 2 BAD User is authenticated but not connected..' Has anyone faced this before?

I'm using outlook credentials to download an attachment and load it to google cloud storage

Thank you for your post, having read over this, it looks like something that would need a more detailed investigation, something out support team would be able to facilitate, if you can kindly raise a ticket via support@matillion.com they can do this for you.
