This one seems odd; your Matillion ETL instance likely cannot communicate with the MongoDB instance. Have you taken a look at the documentation and followed the steps here: https://docs.matillion.com/metl/docs/2391882/#connecting-to-mongodb-atlas?

If this doesn't work, it is probably a good idea to raise a support ticket here @ https://support.matillion.com/
