I am trying to create a Job / Grid variable in Matillion but not able to add any due to absence of the + sign on bottom left. while trying to add a New data source filter and additional connection properties in Marketo query component, facing similar issues and not able to add any conditions.
Did someone face any such issue in past? Is it related to access restriction? What is the permanent resolution for this?

Hi @Rajdeep, I have never seen the situation that you are experiencing. This is probably something you should open a support case for. I would be interested to know what the issue is when you find out though. 🙂

It is a weird issue. In text Mode everything is smooth sailing. Can define variables, filters. But + is missing. Tried refreshing cache but sadly no luck. Its very frustrating to put everything back to text mode everytime. Will wait for some more time if any positive feedback or else will raise a ticket
It's definitely a weird one. I have never seen it. Perhaps someone with the same version might be able to help?
What version of Matillion are you using?
What cloud provider is Matillion hosted on?
What is it Matillion for Snowflake?
Is it Enterprise?
Completely guessing but maybe it will help narrow it down if someone could say they have the same version, in the same cloud, etc. and they do or don't have the issue?
Its is AWS, Version: 1.55.5, Enterprise version

Good info. Thanks for sharing. Have you tried using a different browser to determine if it's a browser issue on your machine? Knowing that it's just you machine out of a few, my mind goes to issues with browser extensions, anti-virus or anti-malware software. If you have tried other browsers try starting an incognito Chrome browser and see if the problem persists. I hope this helps.
