I have à question , It is possible to upgrade python version 3.8 to superior version without upgrading the actual Matillion version .

This is possible, this documentation should help you achieve this.
In overview, The "admin" menu has a "manage interpreters" item, which pops a dialogue that looks like this.
You Can enter the path to "where they've installed Python", or if they're just using the system choice, continue to point where it is.
We'd recommend installing it in a separate location so that the Python modules used by METL don't clash with the system ones.
