We seem to have an issue with jobs after Matillion upgrade

We have recently upgraded the Matillion instance, however, there is an issue with data load in one or more jobs.

 

For example,

We have a job triggered by Slack bot. The problem is that new records are not loaded in the Snowflake when the job is run by Slack, but loads fine when I run the job manually.

 

I have compared jobs in both instances and nothing seems different.

What could be the issue here and how do I resolve this?

Hi @NeelamMacwan​,

I know this started right after an upgrade but you might take a look at the Server (Catalina) logs to see if you can see that Matillion received the post message to run the jobs. If you don't see any indication that the call ever came in then there is a good chance that it's a network or slack issue. If you do see something in the logs indicating that it received the call but through an error, you would likely see it in those logs as well. Let us know what you find.

I have downloaded the server log but it did not contain the data for the specific date I was looking for. Also, the issue seems to be resolved now.
