While connecting to Matillion Instance it keeps messaging- 'Associate Instance' ( already associated with Hub)

We had created an instance recently on AWS and also created an account on the hub. Below is the information:

 

  • Matillion ETL instance is hosted on AWS
  • The version of Matillion ETL– Pay as you Go, AWS Billing AMI, Enterprise ( in trial period)
  • The database connecting to - Snowflake
  • A synopsis of the problem-

 

We associated the instance with the Hub as written in the documentation. But when we try to access the instance it keeps throwing the same message – “We haven't seen this instance before, Associate the instance”. The instance status in the HUB is UNKOWN. Please provide the details what is incorrect in the linkage of HUB and instance.

Hi @VT019031​,

Under some circumstances I believe you have to get AWS to approve your account. Was that the case for you?

Is anyone else encountering this problem?
