Can you please provide the exact steps to install Matillion on AWS( for Snowflake), the pricing for the AMI and how does the billing work.
Hi @VT019031, I know that the Hub doesn't cost more but I don't have much more detail other than that. You will likely have to get in contact with your rep. If you don't have a rep I would contact support and hopefully they can get you in contact with a rep and a technical resource. The last time we had an issue where the AMI's were not showing up in our account, we had to have support take some action which involved them contacting AWS. This may not be the case any more. Either way, it's probably best to reach out support to see if they can help facilitate next steps.
