Matillion Subscription. I am running the matillion instance in EC2. The instance is in running status but in Matillion hub it shows instance INACTIVE. When i try to create environment the snowflake connection is not showing default values

Hi DM163398,

 

Guessing here, but those two things could be symptoms of the same root cause. Are you running your Matillion instance in a private subnet?

 

If so, it won't be able to communicate with the Matillion Hub, and the Hub won't know its status. Also, it won't be able to communicate with Snowflake either, so you won't be able to get anything from Snowflake.

 

In general your instance will need outbound internet access for it to work with Snowflake and with the Matillion Hub.
