All the jobs are hanged or in pending state . Please advice or suggest to resolve this issue which is impacting our development . And suggest best practices or any pointers to identify the root cause . scaling up resources are not helping to resolve this and we hosted on AWS. And every time we are restarting the instance to resolve this . Thanks
Hi there @vkuntrapaka and thanks for posting. Looking at your message, I think it might be best for you to talk to the support team here, as they will be better able to diagnose what the issue is.
I did have a quick look through our documentation, and we do have a section on Matillion ETL API, you could also take a quick look through that to see if there's anything in there that helps at all. Let us know how you get on!
