We have a hypothesis that if we set up our next version of Matillion ETL on an EC2 instance that has its own SSD, then we'll see better performance with our scheduled ETL jobs. For example, changing the instance type from "m6i.large" to "m6id.large"
Does anyone have any experience with this, and could you confirm this is (or isn't) the case? Or, does anyone at least have any theory as to why this hypothesis is likely to be proven true (or not)?
