Implemented Ideas in release 1.58!

Hello everyone,

I am ecstatic to share some exciting news with everyone. As part of the Matillion ETL 1.58 release, we are proud to confirm we will have 8 customer ideas taken from the ideas portal implemented into the product. These ideas are:

Show job references / where-used list and When child job renamed, keep the reference raised by @dodolin​

Diff feature for Git integration, File Iterator component: Variable for "Last Modified Date" and Add a "Sort" Component (ORDER BY) raised by @Michael​

Iterate by Query and Extend Iterators to break on condition raised by @Bryan​

And search for a component type raised by @matteo.fiorillo1586365319990​

I have tagged everyone who up-voted one of the implemented ideas below, but given these ideas amassed a combined 1610 points it is a long list! As always you will receive your community badges so keep an eye out for them.

Hi,

 

We have our Matillion(Hosted on AWS, Snowflake as Datawarehouse) instance upgraded to 1.61.6, however, I cannot see any new component in Transformation or Orchestration jobs.

What could be the issue?

Yeah, I checked that the Rank component is used for sorting the rows.
