Oracle output component

Hi ,

I am using Oracle Output component in matillion for loading data from Redshift to Oracle

Endpoint details as below :

jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=test555.testserver.com)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=test)))

But the component fails while running and gives below error:

IO Error: NL Exception was generated.

Not sure why the issue is coming , has anyone used this component earlier .if yes could you please share your experience?

Hi Shivani,

 

I haven't used this component before but I am wondering if you might be able to look at the Oracle server logs and see if there are any errors generated on the server side that might give you more information about what the error might be. Particularly if it gives you an Oracle error number that you could perhaps do a search for. Just some thoughts I had as I read your post. I hope they help in some way.

Hi,

I'm having the same phenomenon.

Have you found the fix for that?

With the same connection string and other settings I can read from the same Oracle DB.
