Setting up Oracle CDC following Matillion docs. When attempting trasnfer to Snowflake getting numerous ORA-06512 errors on SYS.DBMS_LOGMINER_INTERNAL, wht are we doing wrong?

This was for a client, they got the Matillion folks to respond and found the issue.
