How to implement project level security for not allowing users to access the project

HI All,

 

I want to restrict users to access the specified project .To do so, I am trying to manage user's access through manage project under the project menu & ticked the Admin & Access checkbox for specified users but that is not working as all users are able to access the project. Please help me to implement the project level privacy.
