Please see the screenshot of the list of Matillion ETL for Snowflake AMI images for reference.
The billing and BYOL image types are quite self-explanatory, but I get confused when there is a new image type bp created in the Matillion ETL for Snowflake AMI list.
Will the BP image type replace both billing and BYOL image types from now on? Thank you.
Pardon the delayed response. The machine image publishing process has recently been updated for AWS. The Matillion SaaS subscription now provides Matillion Hub images versions 1.61 and later with names containing the token "-bp-", where versions 1.59 and earlier are still identified with "-billing-". For customers who license Matillion by way of BYOL, these images are also available via the Matillion SaaS subscription and are still identified with the token "-byol-".
Additionally, customers who license Matillion via the legacy Marketplace subscription ("Matillion ETL for Amazon Redshift|Snowflake"), will find images provided via these subscriptions now contain the token "-mp-" where previously, their names contained no other token.
